Founder & CEO
He is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale construction and WASH projects across humanitarian, development, and private sectors. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, an M.Sc. in Environmental Science and Management, and a PGD in WASH.
Tanvir Raihan
General Manager
He is a dynamic and accomplished Engineer with 18 years of experience leading landmark projects such as Hilton Hotel, international airports, hospitals, factories, and urban infrastructure. Holding a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Construction Management, he brings sharp technical insight and strategic leadership across all project stages—from planning and procurement to cost control and delivery. His ability to drive complex projects to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction makes him a key force behind our success.

Marketing Manager
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and brings a unique blend of analytical insight and strategic thinking to the role.
